Campaigns Manager

The Campaigns Manager allows you to create, edit, manage, archive, and delete your campaigns with ease. This guide covers everything you need to know about navigating and using this tool effectively.

Getting there

From the Dashboard:

  1. Click Manage in the navigation menu.

  2. Select Campaigns from the options.

If Favorited, simply click Campaigns in the side navigation menu.

New Campaign Button: Use this button in the top-right corner to create a new campaign.

List or Thumbnail View: To the left of the New Campaign Buttons, select either the List View or Thumbnail View.

Campaign List: All your previously created campaigns appear on the right and are displayed in info panes.

Each info pane provides:

  • A preview thumbnail of the campaign.

  • The campaign name.

  • The number of installs (or places where the campaign is published).

    • Clicking Installs opens the Publications Manager, where you can view and manage the campaign's publication URLs.

  • Updated X Days Ago shows when the campaign was last edited. Hovering your cursor over this text reveals the exact day the campaign was last updated.

  • The Campaign ID is visible when you hover your cursor over the campaign. Clicking the number automatically copies it to your clipboard.

Managing campaigns

Editing and renaming campaigns

Open Campaign: Click the campaign name or the Edit icon on the right to open it in the Campaign Builder.

Rename Campaign: Hover over the name, click the edit icon, type the new name, and click the blue checkmark to save.

Additional campaign options

Access additional options by clicking on the dropdown arrow at the top right of the info plane.

Permissions (Available on Max Plan): Grant access to specific campaigns for team members.

Archive: This allows you to hide a campaign without deleting it. Archived campaigns appear only when the Show Archived checkbox is selected in the filtering options.

Delete: Permanently remove campaigns that are unpublished/uninstalled.

The Campaign ID is at the bottom right corner of the info pane when your cursor is placed over it.

To access Campaign Analytics, click on the pie chart icon.

Filtering, searching, and sorting

Filtering options

Filter by... Landing Page, Embedded, or Unpublished.

Show Archived: Check this box to display archived campaigns.

Review Status (Available on Max): Check this box to show any campaigns that need to be reviewed for publishing.

Search campaigns

Use the Search field in the top-left corner to search by campaign name. Additionally, use the Tag field to search for all campaigns with that specific tag.

Sorting options

Click the sorting button next to the campaign count at the top to organize campaigns by:

  • Recently Edited.

  • Newest.

  • Oldest.

Bulk actions

Click and drag your cursor across the screen to quickly select multiple campaigns. When selecting one or more campaigns, the top bar displays additional options:

Tag (Available on the Max Plan): Add tags to campaigns or view/edit existing tags. Enter tags separated by commas, press Enter, then click Save.

Archive: Archive selected campaigns. Use Show Archived to view and restore them.

Delete: Permanently delete multiple campaigns. Confirm by typing the required phrase in the prompt.
