Organizing With Tags
Tags organize your assets by client, team member, or any grouping you choose, and can be applied to campaigns, lists, media files, custom templates, and custom themes. Once tagged, you can create, filter, and organize by tag across the Campaigns, Entries, Emails, Lists, Feeds, Media, Templates, and Themes managers.

The steps provided in this article apply to tagging features in the following managers:
Tags allow you to create, filter, and organize assets efficiently.
Adding tags
Click the item(s) you want to tag. Selected items will be highlighted in grey.
Click the Tag button in the bar at the top.
Type the tag name into the field.
Separate multiple tags with commas.
Words separated by spaces will create a single tag phrase.
Tags already applied will be displayed in the middle of the panel.
Typing in the field will auto-populate a list of matching existing tags. Select an existing tag by clicking it.
Click Save to finalize and close the panel.
Deleting tags
There are two ways to delete tags:
Deleting a tag from a specific item
Click the item from which you want to remove the tag(s).
Click the Tag button in the bar at the top.
In the tags panel:
View the applied tags in the middle.
Click the blue checkmark next to any tag you want to remove. The tag will be unchecked and lined through.
Click the Save button to confirm changes.
Deleting a tag from all items
Open the Tags Manager:
Click Other in the menu bar, then select Tags from the dropdown.
Find the tag you want to delete.
Click the red delete icon next to the tag.
Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button in the prompt.
Note: Deleting a tag does not delete the items it is attached to. Only the tag itself is removed.
Browsing and filtering tags
Browsing and filtering items
Enter the tag name of the relevant manager in the tag bar.
Matching tags will auto-populate below the field.
Click the desired tag to filter and display all associated items.
Removing a filter
To remove a tag from the filter, click the X next to the tag in the tag search field. This removes those items from the results.
Renaming tags
Steps to rename a tag
From the Home Screen, click Manage in the main menu.
Select Tags from the dropdown to open the Tags Manager.
Find the tag and click the pencil icon to the right of its name.
Enter the new tag name.
Click the blue checkmark to save or the X icon to cancel changes.
Note: Renaming a tag updates the tag for all items it is attached to, across all asset types (campaigns, lists, emails, etc.). Changes will be reflected in their respective managers.
