Themes Manager

Getting there

From the Dashboard:

1. Click Manage in the navigation menu.
2. Select Themes from the options.

If Favorited, simply click Themes in the favorites section of the navigation menu.

Themes

Each info pane displays:

• Theme Name
• Last Edited Date
• Created Date

Hover over a theme’s name to reveal an edit icon. Click it to rename the theme, type the new name, and click the blue checkmark to save it.

Click the arrow on the right-hand side of a theme to open a dropdown menu with additional management options.

Permissions

For ShortStack for Teams users, click Permissions to set specific access levels for team members.

Delete

Remove a theme from your account by selecting Delete.

Search and tag

Search

Use the Search field (top-left) to locate themes by keyword or phrase.

Tag

Available on Max Plan.

Search themes by tags attached to them. Results display automatically on the right.

Sorting

Sort themes by:

• Recently Edited
• Newest
• Oldest

Working with themes

Click and drag your cursor across the screen to quickly select multiple themes.

Tag

Available on Max Plan.

To add tags to selected themes:

1. Click the Tag button.
2. Type tags (comma-separated).
3. Press Enter/Return, then click the blue Save button.

Delete

To delete multiple themes:

1. Highlight the themes by clicking on them.
2. Click the Delete button.
3. Confirm the action by typing the required prompt, then click the red Delete button.
