Data Boxes

Click tracking includes four key metrics and two data visualizations:

  • Clicks: Total number of clicks recorded on all buttons and links within the campaign.

  • Unique Clicks: Total unique clicks, identified by a unique fingerprint (IP address, browser, and device).

Note: To ensure accurate data collection, enable the appropriate fingerprinting setting in the Campaign Settings. Learn more here.

  • Click Rate: The percentage of sessions that resulted in clicks. Formula: (Total clicks ÷ Total sessions) × 100
Note: This number may exceed 100% if multiple clicks occur per session.

  • Unique Click %: The percentage of unique clicks out of total clicks. Formula: (Unique clicks ÷ Total clicks) × 100
