Templates Manager

Getting there

From the Dashboard:

1. Click Manage in the navigation menu.

2. Select Templates from the options.

If Favorited, simply click Templates in the top bar of the Home screen.

Templates

Each info pane shows:

• Thumbnail Preview of the template.

• Template Name: Hover over the name to reveal an edit icon or click the name to rename the template. Enter the new name and click the blue checkmark to save it.

• Last Updated Date.

• Created Date and Time.

Template actions

Buttons on each template allow you to:

• Create a New Campaign using the selected template.

• Open the Template for editing in the Campaign Builder.

Click the arrow on the right-hand side of a template to open a dropdown menu with additional management options.

Permissions

For ShortStack for Teams users, click Permissions to set access levels for your team members.

Delete

Remove a template from your account by selecting Delete. This action does not delete campaigns using the template—only the template itself.

Search and tag

Search

Use the Search field (top-left) to locate templates using a keyword or phrase.

Tag

Use the Tag field to search for templates by tags attached to them. Results are displayed automatically on the right.

Sorting

Sort templates by:

• Recently Edited

• Newest

• Oldest

Working with templates

Click and drag your cursor across the screen to quickly select multiple templates.

Tag

To add tags to selected templates:

1. Click the Tag button.

2. Type tags (comma-separated).

3. Press Enter/Return, then click the blue Save button.

Delete

To delete multiple templates:

1. Highlight the templates by clicking on them.

2. Click the Delete button.

3. Confirm the action by typing the required prompt, then click the red Delete button.
