Navigating Your Account
ShortStack is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform used to create campaigns and contest websites that can be published anywhere on the web. To design, publish, and manage your campaigns, simply log in to shortstack.com.
What is ShortStack?
ShortStack's navigation menu
The Main Menu is located at the left of the page after you log in. It provides access to all the tools and resources you need.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your starting point for all ShortStack activities. It’s the first page you’ll see after logging in.
Click the ShortStack icon at any time to return to the Dashboard.
Manage
The Manage menu contains tools for organizing and managing your data:
Tip: Favorite any manager by clicking the heart icon to pin it to your favorites in the navigation menu.
Campaigns
Manage, delete, or archive campaigns in the Campaigns Manager.
Emails
Use the Emails Manager to view, create, edit, or delete autoresponder, follow-up, and scheduled email campaigns.
Hashtag feeds
View and manage Instagram feeds in the Hashtag Feeds Manager.
Entries
The Entries Manager allows you to:
View, filter, and export entries.
Pick random winners.
Copy entries to new lists.
Lists
Use the Lists Manager to create, edit, delete, or archive entry lists.
Entry profiles
View and manage saved Entry Profiles using the Entry Profiles Manager.
Field Library
The Field Library stores custom field types used in your campaigns.
View usage stats and details for each custom field.
Analytics
Available on Scale Plan
Review each campaign's performance in the Analytics Manager.
Code Lists
Available on Scale Plan.
Manage Code Lists for emails or code redemption campaigns. View the total number of issued and redeemed codes.
Custom domains
Available on Max Plan.
The Custom Domains Manager displays:
DNS verification status.
Whether the domain is being used for a campaign.
Media
Organize and manage hosted files (up to 10MB) in the Media Manager.
Browse, upload, or delete media files.
Tags
Available on Max Plan
Use the Tags Manager to organize campaigns, lists, feeds, media, and entries.
View the number of items associated with each tag.
Templates
Available on Scale Plan.
Access pre-made or custom templates in the Templates Manager. You can choose from ShortStack’s Template Gallery or your saved designs.
Themes
Save campaign designs as Themes in the Style Panel. Use the Themes Manager to view, manage, and apply custom themes.
Settings
Options include:
Upgrade/Downgrade Plans.
Update billing and contact information (Account Summary).
Adjust preferences (Preferences).
Access API keys.

Help
Access ShortStack’s support resources by clicking the Help icon at the bottom of the main navigation. A pop-up will appear with links to help docs, support resources, and contact options.
If you don't want to view the main navigation, you can collapse it by selecting the left-pointing arrow.
Additional information
At the top right, you will find account notifications and your account information.
Notifications
Click the bell icon to view:
Entry export completion alerts.
Winner selection notifications.
Updates from ShortStack about new features.
Account information
You will find if your are in a personal account or a team account here.
Manage or switch teams (Manage Team, Switch Team).
Log out of your ShortStack account.
